Today I scared the shit out of my mother by crying in my sleep. I tend to do that on high pain days (it isn't tied to nightmares). At least today she believed me that I was in a high pain mode. I guess it is scary to have someone suddenly start crying as they sleep.

Oughtn't she be used to stuff like that by now? I can't imagine it's the first time. Perhaps also she should not come barging in on you while you're asleep?

Where did I say she barged in on me while sleeping? The crying is a fairly recent phenomenon, and this was the first time I woke up realizing that I was still crying. So this was indeed the first time she happened to hear it. It just seems to be happening often though it's new, which is why I said I tend to do it on high pain days.

*hugs* It is kind of scary. But it also make me wonder what I can do to try to help.

We can talk about this when you get home. Maybe a bit before you leave, not sure how much time we'll have. Regardless, it's not high priority (the other issue I mentioned today *is*).
