This made me happy on so many levels......
About a week ago I began reading yet another online comic. Interestingly this one is not a serial comic of my usual variety. It is a comic strip without color! I know very odd...but it makes me amused most often. It is called PVP (Player vs. Player) and it even had some Mac Love in it....ya so not the mac lover. Okay well here is the most current strip.
So you most likely guessed it...Bedknobs and Broomsticks the most awesome movie ever. Even having read the book last year I still have a special place in my heart for this movie. Of course the book was completely different and I think this is what makes the movie work. It does not try to be the book. I think this is what has happened with adaptations...they try to be the book. This will never be possible so why keep trying? The feeling of the book is what is important...I know I have been a complainer of book movies and will continue to be but I think it is a valid point.
Okay so I have been wonderfully busy...well actually not wonderfully. But busy nonetheless. On Monday at Midnight and Tuesday at noon I had two rather large projects due. I am so happy they are done...I cannot even begin to tell you but sadly the next one is due on Sunday. A paper on Self-Fulfilling Prophecy...oooooo...I know exciting. It is actually not boring so I will give it that. I only have to write about 3 pages so it should not be too bad and with a 3 articles that is alright. Though I have only been able to find one article thus far that I am happy with. I have found it interesting that the time period I need to write a paper (granted it is only 3 pages) has gone down significantly then when I began my college career. Does this mean I am a better and more efficient writer? Gosh I hope so...either that or SU expectations are quite low...hmmm...not sure on that one....though I feel like that is a no.

It is interesting that the first completed assignment was for one class and the others were all for my other class. Sigh...it has been a long class.
Though on the brighter side it looks like I will be done with assignments on December 7th which is nice.
