(no subject)
well good news, i had a good time at prom. like i expected, i enjoyed it more than dunwoody's prom... so i'm really glad i got to go. yay! everyone looked really nice, there was no one dressed like they thought prom was the most important night of their life.
though i didnt cry this time (thank god), i still was unhappy with my hair. the curls, surprisingly enough, really didnt relax into waves.... so i pretty much just looked like a 5-year-old. *sigh*
i hope no one noticed. i really do hate my hair..... god damn life.
anyway, because of that i was in sort of a bad mood when chase finally came (sorry again, baby) but i snapped out of it by the time we got to the restaurant. i really never have liked the atmosphere of the buckhead club, but this time we were in a dining room that overlooked downtown atlanta, so i enjoyed looking at that through dinner. it was really nice when the sun set so all the building lights came on. and despite the uncomfortable formality of the place, dinner was really good. especially that mousse! that was some of the best i've ever had. thank you, chase... :-D
my mom and i just made cookies, and you know how when you make things from scratch, you kind of eat the ingredients along the way? well i did that way too much and now my stomach kind of hurts. oh well.
