Yep! I could transform before, but not do anything. At least now I don't feel so useless. It's not all of my powers back, but I'm not going to fuss about it.

Yeah, I know. It seems they're only giving our powers back bit by bit, huh? I got my transformation bracet at first too, but I only recently got one of my attacks back.

... Hmm, that's true. [ And it's why she's glad Usagi has her powers again - it only helps if the girl would need to defend herself. Not that Minako is going to stop protecting her anytime soon. ]
