Well, contacting others who can help you is probably the first step. Good job on getting this far; most victims will just stay quiet out of fear of further retribution.

Well, can your friends protect themselves, or more likely, can you find someone who can? If it's another resident, depending on regains, your oppressor may or may not be able to be stopped... obviously you'd hope for the former.
