She chose to stay out of Narnia and subsequently Heaven because she stopped believing in Narnia and Even Worse - Aslan.
She wasn't Punished for Growing Up and Finding Sex as Mrs Rowling so artlessly puts it. Susan Decided to Stop Believing in Narnia and Aslan and Had No More Interest in it. She wasn't Denied an invitation. She Tore it up.
