Say what now!?
so. Six months ago the bank foreclosed on our home and we were forced to move out. We were informed that entering the premesis would be tresspassing.
Now, six months later, they have been unable to sell the place at auction and claim that the place is still our resposibility?! What? They said it is up to us(even having been kicked out and moved away) to keep up the landscaping.
First of all, how the hell are we supposed to do the landscaping if we are not allowed on the porperty?! WTF?! Not to mention it is illegal to sell a house you don't own, so if it went to auction, didn't they break the law if they are claiming the house is still ours?
I think they are simply trying to avoind the fine of $600 a day for letting the property become a fire hazard during fire season.
Now we have to go dig up the foreclosure paperwork that has since been in a box somewhere since the move to prove that they did actually kick us out. We now have to prove that we didn't just abandon a perfectly good home in favor of a smelly tiny little apartment.
I really want to bitchslap someone right now.
