Whew, tired.
Whew. So Garrett and I saw Deerhoof in Austin, and they weren't as bad live as they are in recordings. All the parts of Austin we saw were so bright and clean. We couldn't find the ghetto! I'm sure it exists, but it isn't everywhere like in Louisiana cities.
No word from the newspaper, though. I've admitted to myself that no news is probably bad news.
I did a ton of driving (Natchitoches to LC to Austin to LC to BR) this weekend, so now I'm exhausted. Sleep time.
