there are massage therapy chairs on ebay, brand new and at 25-50% of the cost of ordering one from a catalog. a couple of the girls in my class have gotten them and while they aren't the same quality as the ones in our classrooms they are still really good chairs. one of the girls has agreed to use her credit card and place the order for me when i get the cash together to buy one. i'm hoping to be able to get one by january. this will be a huge boon to have when i start the home bath business. 5-10 minute chair massages for all party participants and some bath product samples. with having the chair, doing massages and giving a small sample kit to each attendee there is going to be a small party supply fee of about $10-15 to help cover my expenses. i'll do some party games where the participants win samples as well as a 30-60 minute massage certificate. does that sound like a resonable fee amount or is that too high?

i hope to be able to afford a chair in january so that i will have one before i start the parties. just need to finish the holiday stuff, pay all of december and january's bills first. i'll definately cut out working on fridays as i am going to need a full day to myself to work on making soaps and other products. while melt n pour soaps aren't very time consuming per batch the cold process soaps can take me a few hours per batch...hell just waiting for the lye mixture to get to the right temp can be a couple of hours. that is really the most time consuming part. i'm going to need to invest in a dust mask though...i'm noticing that i get a really bad tickle in the back of my throat every time i work with the lye chemicals. yeah i know..i prob should have been doing that already. but heh, i keep my ugly gloves on. :P i will have to have a rather large stock of soap before i can start. still trying to work out the line and i think that i am going to try and experiment with making some body splashes as well.

To want to be what one can be is purpose in life.
