Gifs, where did you go?

So errands are done early. Yay me!

I was about to settle in, relax, and get some writing and fun stuff done when I realized something was wrong with my LJ. Where are all my pretty gifs on the side of my LJ? What happened?

ETA: Whoa. So my whole scrapbook is borked. Most of my moodtheme is missing, all my gifs are gone, and half my art is gone.

Hey just dropping a line to say I've "friended" you. Hope that's okay.

I'm attempting to reintegrate with the world of SPN fandom after a very long hiatus and you seem to be a part of it still. I note you're a writer and you seem to be friends with my friends, so you are likely to (a) write in whole sentences and (b) generally be cool!

Not sure I fit the definition of being in fandom. I still love the show and the characters, but I don't make the rounds much. Honestly, I don't have many rational people to talk to about Supernatural, so I've been quiet about it lately. Plus most people are so negative. I'm critical about aspects of the show, but not willing to let go of Sam and Dean just yet. :)

So nice meeting you and it's summer for me now, so I hope to be more active anyway. No lameness at all ;)

Ah, see you fit my definition. I buzz in for a while, then disappear for a few months (except the odd personal post letting people know I'm not in fact dead), then buzz in again... I left the SPN fandom because the soul-less Sam season was making people so negative and they were all picking sides and stuff and my usually happy fandom friends were being so negative I didn't want to read about it any more. Coming back now feels like, I hope, the negative should have cleared some. I hope anyway. :)

It's just coming into winter here. Feel free to will me some of the warmth from your side of the world. ;)

Honestly, and I've been moaning about this for a while, I'd like to have my own little corner of fandom where I can have fun with likeminded people and not worry about the negativity that just ruins having fun. Doesn't mean I always like or agree with the direction of the show - curse of a fanfic writer - but I try to leave out the drama.

I just want to have some fun!

Not a Wincest person. Don't hate any of the charaters. Mostly gen, though I do ship Dean/Jo. Deangirl, but I don't hate Sam. Love Castiel.

Me too! I started out as more of a Samgirl, swung around to Dean and now I just sit squarely in the middle. I don't ship anyone per se, but I like Dean/Lisa and Sam/Sarah and most other het anyone cares to write. There's not much of it, so it's good not to be fussy!
