Well, Nick hasn't come to claim the net yet… maybe he forgot/changed his mind, idk.
Anyway, I nearly forgot the important thing of today!
誕生日おめでとうまゆぽん〜!!
Happy Birthday Mayupon~ :D
He's… 25 now, I think? xDD
And, I really love his red/black hair, but at the same time…
Such an awesome pose x3
Also, for today… it took a while to find something to confirm my thoughts, but eventually (thanks to the wayback machine) I did, so also…
Happy Birthday Kiwamu~ ^^
ufufu~
Also, I realised I've massively neglected b'days this month so… in brief, おめでとう to:
11月4日:Yasuno (Kra) & Pata (X JAPAN)
11月17日:JUN (ex-Phantasmagoria, solo, Spiv States), Aiji (LM.C)
11月19日:Hide-Zou (D)
11月20日:Yoshiki (X JAPAN)
11月22日:Ryouga (ViViD)
…I hate myself for missing Yoshiki's lsndknskfabdjjbgdf BAD FANGIRL DESU. But in my defense, I was moving that day xD;; I also hate myself for missing Hidezou too D: *fails*
Also, to Ryouga… he's the same age as me LOLOLOL that still weirds me out somewhat
On another note… as I said, it's Mayupon's birthday, so… I posted in the Daizy comm for it (since no one else had ¬.¬) and posted a translation of a profile of Mayu's from back in like, Clavier times, that I'd found. Anyway, that's not the issue… I also said people should send him fanmail. But, I know a lot of fans don't know any japanese, and might worry if what they send would be understood well enough, so I said that the japanese for "happy birthday Mayu" is "誕生日おめでとうまゆさん", and they can always just use that. Right?
Well, I got a comment from someone pretty quickly, saying "Maybe お誕生日おめでとうございます。 would be more polite.. since he's most probably older than the most here who might send him a mail."
…um… sure that's also right, but… it just seems a little like overkill, right? xD;;; I'm sure Mayu wouldn't give a damn if we, as foreigners, aren't using THE MOST POLITE FORM WE POSSIBLY COULD AND SHOWING HIM UTMOST RESPECT OMG.
………oh wait, someone else commented back to that one already and said "お誕生日おめでとう will do just fine, with ございます it gets overly polite and sounds strange. :D If he was our grandpa or something then ございます would be appropriate, but he's quite young so yeah. No need for that. :D"
…thank god for someone else who agrees with me, and said it a lot more politely than I could think of, LOL.
Never mind then ¦D;;;;;
On an unrelated note…
this is why Applegeek is AWESOME.
