After that great news...I realized my ring was missing. The one that replaced my special bracelet that broke. I'm sure it will turn up...but I'm so upset at myself. I really lost it while looking, and had to take some Rescue Remedy and chai, and cookies, to calm down. I don't usually eat a lot when I'm upset, just sometimes chocolate and Rescue Remedy to regain some balance when I'm really losing it, especially during PMS (which I probably have right now). And the molasses cookies they had on special at the store looked good. And the ring was linked to one of my mates, the same one the bracelet was...so it means a lot to me.
I also emailed the Lying Bastard Company, aka Natural Balance, a couple of days ago asking about acetaminophen testing, and amazingly I got an answer this time. My first email asking about the sources of their duck and other ingredients was ignored, probably because I also told them about Miaka's death at the hands of their Reduced Calorie dry. This time, they told me they test for acetaminophen, aflatoxin, vomatoxin (DON), melamine, and cyanuric acid. No mention of ammeloride or ammelorine, when they started testing, and whether they back-tested any batches. I guess because I forgot to ask that directly. So I replied asking when they started. I'm not holding my breath for a reply to that one.
