Hello darlin', nice to see ya, it's been a long tiiiiiiime, you're just as lovely as you used to be.
No, I haven't died, I have just been incredibly busy. Figured I might as well update while I have the chance.
So I left back in May from my parents' house to come back home because Mark was coming back from overseas. I can't even describe all the emotions I felt waiting for him at the flight line. It was so good to have him back. He had a couple weeks off from work for reconstitution, so we were too busy during that time for me to get on the computer ;) We did a little traveling, had lots of fun.
So then we find out that we are being asked to move out of our house on base because our neighbors that we asked to take care of the yard for us while we were gone did NOT, and so we got too many write-ups. Mark's sergeant told him he could fight it and would probably win due to the circumstances, but we are pretty sick of living on base anyway and were already planning on moving. And now we don't have to pay to move, since they asked us to move THEY have to pay for it all. The bastards. So we found an apartment that should work fine for a time until we find a decent house for rent or something to that effect.
We just got back from San Antonio last night, our second visit there since Mark has been home. Jeremy was graduating from Basic, so we went to see him and hang out with him and Mark's cousin Daniel, who is now stationed there. We'll be going back again soon. I love it there, except for the traffic, which sucks immensely.
We move into the apartment on the 17, and Mark's leave starts around then, so after we move in we'll be doing more traveling. I have to pick an electric company and set it up so we have electricity when we move. I also need to make an appointment for Hayleigh's checkup, and an eye doctor appointment for me, and a haircut appointment also. x_x
