Hunt you down...
So I spent the weekend doing homework, cooking, and playing video games.
On Friday, since I have a gamecube thanks to Orly, Manny had the bright idea to go get some games for it. So we went out and he bought SSX Tricky, Mario Party 4, Mario Golf, Mario Kart, and Mario Tennis. We (Manny, Mashi, Gabriel, and I) spent most of the afternoon and evening playing them.
Saturday I went over in the evening, and while the adults played bingo, we (this time Manny, Mikey, and I) played more gamecube games. It was fun, and filled with giggles. I had also started my cooking frenzy earlier in the day by making a delicious crab spread with real crab (hooray), and some bits of fish.
I was working on making a tomato bisque on Sunday, when Manny called me asking if I was ready to come over and play Guitar Hero Metallica. He had told me he probably wouldn't get it until Monday, so I wanted to kick him. Regardless, I finished making my bisque and ran over there so we could get started. The game is awesome, and though the singing is much more challenging than it is on Rock Band, I got the hang of it after a few songs. The first couple I got 79% on, but I went back and did them again later when I got accustomed the Guitar Hero style. The game has a bunch of great songs, and we ended up going through most of it that night. I don't quite do justice to the beauty that is James, but I had fun trying.
Monday I spend trying to do homework until about 5 or so, when I gave in and went to play GH with Manny.
Now I have to go get dressed for school or I'll be late. Rawr.
