I LOVE SNOW!!!
I just watched a little film. I guess Dove is running a campaign about real beauty, if you go to campaignforrealbeauty.ca there is a film that definitely strikes a cord. I wish all young girls could completely grok the slimy intentions of the advertisers.
No school for Forrest and I today or tomorrow. Spent the whole day sledding at the school, well I watched while he sledded, ok well I went down once--I just couldn't resist. I have so many fond memories of snow days.
I am enjoying the snow even though it took me FOUR freakin' hours to get home last nigt, when on a normal day it is 40m. drive. I was surprisingly a very patient and calm person. I received a lot of experience driving in snow when I lived in Idaho. I don't get nervous about myself driving, but I get nervous about the other people driving. There were so many seriously idiotic people on the road yesterday.
I love snow days, however my district is now at four days that we have to make up in the summer and it's only Nov. Yikes.
Hopefully the snow will still be there tomorrow for more sledding, this I'm taking a thermos of spiked coffee.
