A friend of mine brought me some peaches from the Porter Peach Festival and I decided that peach cobbler with homemade ice cream sounded awesome. But I don't know how to make peach cobbler.

5 ingredient deep dish fruit cobbler lisamoe August 2 2008, 21:01:30 UTC
1 stick of butter melted in a small cake pan or casserole dish or deep pie pan. Stir in one cup of sugar, one cup of milk and one cup of bisquick. Dump a few cups of fruit (peaches are great) over the mixture. Bake at 350 til it looks crisp and cooked. (You can add cinnamon or any spices you like but it's fine as is.)
