It's Not Really That Hard, Is It?

Tech support occasionally lowers my faith in humanity.  If I open a new ticket of priority 'urgent' and have as it's only contents 'You haven't responded to this other ticket of mine for several weeks' and a link to the other ticket, why is the response 'please let us know what your problem is and we'll take care of it?'

This drives me crazy particularly because I get similar responses a few times a week.  Open a support ticket, type some stuff in the question.  And the first response I get back appears to be from someone who didn't read any of what I typed.

Folks like Lunarpages can be even more frustrating, since sometimes I get conflicting responses from two or three techs to each of my ticket updates.  Seems like their ticket-processing workflow needs help.
