Since I needed something to do while my dinner digests and Lacy gave me the letter M, guess I better hop on this.
1. Moo - the sound a cow makes, (not in reality, but work with me) Cows are my favorite animal, if you're reading this you should already know that. but yes, I love cows and my dad and I often get into mooing conversations, yeah thats right, we moo at each other and have a conversation. It's amusing but rarely happens anymore. Sometimes I use it as a way to whine for something or pout.
2. Money - ok, so I don't really like money, I think it's turns human beings into animals as their only desire becomes soley to have more money. I think politics and holidays have become so influenced by money that their true meanings have all but disappeared. However, I love doing things for my friends, I love doing things with my friends and I love buying people presents, these things generally require money, and thus as I too fall victim to the desire for more money in hopes of making those around me happier.
3. Milk - it comes from cows, right there it gets bonus points. But milk is yummy all by itself, put it in a glass with ice cubes, i am one happy little girl, it also makes ice cream, and really, whats better than ice cream? not much!
4. Moulin Rouge - sexy lighting, sexy, people, sexy songs I feel like nothing else really needs to be said. However, a movie about prostitution, theatre, love and foreign people...kinda turns me on... ok not really. But I do enjoy this movie, the Sound of Music reference, the amazing elephant love melody, a giant elephant that they get to run around in, a bed with red satin sheets, the roxanne tango... we are creature of the night, we can't afford to love = genius
5. Megapixels - call me a dork, but yes i love megapixels, those tiny little things that make my pictures look amazing so matter what size i blow them up to. 3 megapixels, 7 megapixels, 10 megapixels, oh it doesn't get much better than the weight of a camera with minute precision the canon cybershot, the canon rebel.. uhhhhhhh they make me happy, except when i take bad pictures, then i hate the camera for letting me be bad, cuz that makes a hell of a lot of sense. right?
6. Mail - Here's the mail, it never fails, it makes me wanna wag my tail and shout MAIL!!! I love mail! When I'm home I will race my dad to the mailbox. There is something about knowing that someone else took the time to put a stamp on something, seal the envelope and put it in the mail, even if its not an actual letter someone still to put it in the mail and it traveled all over til it got to me, it's a crazy concept and makes me happy.
7. Mac - while you sometimes frustate me and make functioning in tandem with the rest of the world slightly difficult, I do love my maccy lappy. it's sleek and shiny and silver. I don't get viruses. All in all, life is happy with my lappy. oh and the programs? sooo much better than windows... (stupid losers)
8. Music - is amazing, it is my life. there is always music playing of some sort, maybe it's the tv, maybe its a movie, maybe it's a cd, maybe it's my ipod, you can be sure there will be music, driving, eating, working, there is always music, there is no one soundtrack to my life. My playlist with over 5,000 songs is the soundtrack to my life. Music makes me happy, I can rock out to it, slow dance with a lover, grind with all the boys at a club, sing it in the shower, seduce a lover.. or the many possibilites. however i do miss choir and singing classic or afraican music :-(
9. marshmallows - mmmm i miss that yummy goodness. s'mores as camp, how many did i roast to a perfect golden brown to my little campers while i kept fueling the biggest bonfire that pit had ever seen? How many bags did Buff and I go through freshmen year, oh the silly pics from our last night at 'berg when we sernaded the marshmallow that fell to the floor. the fluffy goodness that lends itself to fluffer-nutter sandwiches... delicious :-)
10. maple trees - i LOVE waffles, pancakes, french toast and waf-yos, but none of them are quiet complete without some maple syrup delicately drizzled all over them. (who am i kidding, i drench these foods in sryup) but this sticky liquid would not be possible without these trees, nor would maple sugar, another favorite of mine. yay SUGAR!!!
