Am I the only one that thinks this, or are people actually getting stupider?
I had previously thought this to be an impossibility, since the majority of people are, shall we say, not particularly gifted in the brains department. But lately, peoples actions are leading me to think they're getting dumber.
(the main reason for this little rant), I took my car in for an MOT today, I do have a great sense of disdain for garages in the first place but, I left my car with them, started to walk off home, got half way down the road and heard my alarm go off (easy to tell its mine, if you've heard it, you'll know - super dooper loud!). I turned round and walked back to help them out, on my way the nonce set it off a further 4 times! I could possibly understand it going off once or twice, but 5 times, and these are supposed to be the professionals
I guess that's not a very good example, but I've seen plenty to prove my point. If you drive, you'll know exactly what I mean, how these idiots get their licenses, I'll never know, them most seem to go on and get a taxi license too. These people are not fit to eat cheese, let alone be in-charge of other peoples lives!
I'm gonna leave this topic open to all LJ users, I want you all to spread the word, and leave comments of your experiences of stupid people. We need to stop this before it infects everyone, so please, share your story, help stop this plague, before it stops you!
