Almost Yule Update
Yule approaches. The Year is coming to a close. It is a good time to do some reflection, to look back on the year that passed, and ask yourself - Did I move forward? Did I meet a goal? Did I make any goals?
Did I have any expectations for 2012 and did I meet them, or get closer to meeting them?
Moving forward to the next year, its important to evaluate what has happened. So that we as a people dont get stuck in a rut, a mundane routine of menial daily tasks (busy work) that consume the day, and really not accomplish anything on a personal growth level. Sure we work, and accomplish those tasks... earn money etc... But does doing that work day in and day out, accomplish goals toward your own goals... Help you reach your dreams in life? Most cases I would guess, not. We work a job, not because that was where our passions were, but because of necessity.
Am I disappointed with what has transpired in 2012? Mmm... a little.
I do feel like Im in a loop... a repeat of sorts, of years past... give or take the random dramas etc.
I did do my best to stay involved in Galleries... that I did... I still am actually.
I have been active in trying to get my name out there, as an artist. To do more in that area.
To Network, and promote, and share.
But outside of artistic expression, my emotional level has been a little flatlined.. not that I intend on that at all... Just... seems to be the way of it. other than what I can do to meet new people, and get out and meet & greet with the public... nothing is really different.
Got some lingering bills paid off.. Want in 2013 to do some updates to the house.
Son is doing good in school... playing his drums and getting good as well as skateboarding when weather permits.
At any rate... I wish everyone who may read this Prosperity.. and Love in the Now and to the future.
