Stormy Weather

So, I can now officially say that i have experience a truly bizzare storm in Switzerland. Heres the deal; it was really humid and warm this morning, then it rained a little bit, then went back to being warm. A few hourse later, while we were eating lunch, it got really dark. Odd but w/e right. So then, just as we leave the restaurant crack bam and the sky opens up. Hail and rain and really strong wind etc. Then, 20minutes later it was mostly over and just drizzled a bit. Feels a bit like home. Of course, since it was sooo bloody warm im in a skirt, tank top and flip flops. Denika would be proud. Apparently we are going to be in France for the end of the tour (tour de france) so we're gonna spend a whole day and sit at the finish line waiting for Lance Armstrong to cross. The funny thing is that by the time theyre at the finish line the race is already won so all the sprinters come zooming by ripping up the street and then come the top guys sitting straight up drinking champagne. They changed the rules this year too. Three times during the race they have time trials and thats basically when you're racing the clock so thats where lance would win all his time. He'd do well in the other stages but he would kick ass in the trails and make up like 10 or 15 minutes. So they changed it so that you are only allowed to make up half your time deffecit and you can only gain like 5 minutes if you dont have a deffecit. Yes i realize that is spelled wrong, so sue me. So he's still in first place, he just races a lil differently this year. If you ever watch the race, watch the really good top guys. They sit in the slip stream of other racers, making them do all the work. THey wont pass you and they wont back off, they just sit there pissing the hell outta the guy doing all the work. HEHE. IF its a bunch of top guys theyll switch on and off helping each other out until the very end, where they zoom off and leave ppl in the dust. Oh, and Big george won a stage yesterday. I know that most of you have absolutely no idea what i am blabbing about so watch it on tv or research it or completley ignore the last half of this entry. I cant think of much else to say except that switzerland, besides having lots of watches, is good only for skiing in the winter. Otherwise...theres not much to see or do and everything is closed on sundays. I mean EVERYTHING. Even the train station stores and half the souvenir shops. Unusual of ur but we're coping. Anyway, im out.....ciao babes
