we kinda celebrated mardi gras today in school. in germany it's fausching (completely forgot!), so one of my old german teachers was wearing a costume and was shouting "hallou!" to each class. i wish i had her again. :P and we got pfankuchen, also known as berliners or raspberry jelly doughnuts. XD that's pretty much the extent of my mardi gras. i wanna go to a parade... i would wanna stay away from the new orleans one, i think. XD

i can really picture keith at a mardi gras parade! :O XD that would be amazing! XD

and i got across the universe! my mom got it at work and brought it home for me. :D we're supposed to get 18" of snow tonight (the big storm of '08), so maybe we won't have school tomorrow... can't jinx it, though. :P then i can watch it... *knocks on wood* XD

=D Awesome! I was going to go get it today, but I woke up with a bad headache and didn't want to go anywhere. I gave my mum the money for it and she went to get it for me (she had to go out anyway). x] I'll keep my fingers crossed that school will be canceled for ya. =P

lol! thanks! i guess we're only supposed to get 7-10 inches of snow... i thought we'd get 18", but i guess that that's milwaukee. :P i really hope we get a lot of snow, though.
