The man in the shadows watched intently as the various instruments filled with chemicals came to a boil as their saturation point began to reach it's peak. Soon, he would have the tools he needed to make the best of his rather....unique...situation.
He had been cut off from his original equipment for far too long....for a moment he feared he was going to get rusty as far as scientific tinkering was concerned. But due to a twist of fate, all of that had been averted.
He took a moment from his anticipation to glance at his new surroundings...a dark, smokey looking basement area complete with all types of unfathomable equipment....the very type of atmosphere he craved. And to think he had a Senshi of all things to thank for it......
