It can't possibly be fear, as he stalks the length of training room, completely unaware that he's been shifted from his own Earth into this place

[He knows that voice immediately, and Zoisite arrives at a run as he hears the scream of frustrated anger.]

Kunzite!

[And he's already looking around the room very quickly; taking in the otherwise perfectly normal training scene, he turns back to face the other warrior. Kunzite does not lose himself like this for nothing.]

What has happened?

[Doesn't answer at first, instead, sending an arc of energy at another dummy, feeling at least a little satisfaction as it's blasted to pieces. It quickly disappears though and he growls as he turns to face the other shitennou.]

The master has been threatened.

[That drops the shock immediately into a seriousness that rivals even Kunzite's own. He frowns.]

Then we must go to him.

[Shakes his head, frustration radiating off him in waves.]

I have confined him to quarters already. The enemy... was unforeseen. I will not allow him to harm our Master, but it has gotten- complicated.

Then tell me the rest. We will face it together for his sake.

A renegade from the Silver Kingdom has been taken by Metalia. He has publicly demanded the master's death, or he will wage a war against our kingdom.

[Growls and turns away. The fact that the demand was public... the commoners will possibly turn against their prince.]

[One renegade hardly poses a threat. Even with Metalia behind him (him? Not Beryl, then...) the threat does not seem large enough to disturb Kunzite to this extent - especially if the Silver Millenium also sends help, as they are bound to do if this rebel originated from the Moon. Then...]

He has followers?

[Nods, his face grim.]

He was a noble of that kingdom, one of the princess' suitors, and his family was powerful before they were exiled. He has also claimed the princess... Master Endymion was- difficult to restrain.

Then where is the master now?

As I said, I have... confined... him to his quarters. The others are watching over him for the moment. I will not allow him to foolishly rush off to 'save' the princess. She has very powerful guardians of her own.

[Normally, he might argue about that choice of...method. But something in the mood he's found Kunzite in forbids it. He nods slowly after a moment.]

What is being done about this person who is chasing master?

We are attempting to track him. The king has established a perimeter around the palace grounds with the golden crystal.

[His tone is full of loathing, and if you don't know him well, it would sound like it was directed at the threat against his master. In truth...]

Metalia... Even with the palace girl confined...

[That's a bit much to take in at once. The barrier, if the golden crystal is being used, should be very powerful; good. But Beryl is already confined? And yet Metalia has been able to act? He shakes his head, expression grim.]

Then guard Master against this enemy. But I do not think it will be resolved until Metalia is also wholly gone.

[He notices the slight confusion and his gaze darkens as he explains.]

She was confined to palace grounds after it was proven she had not yet encountered Metalia. But this Demando of the moon... He founds the monster before its location was pinpointed.

Destroying Metalia is our highest priority.

[He's glancing oh-so-slightly away, still unwilling to directly broach the subject of why he can make the offer he is about to]

Then bring me with you to also defend master.

[There's a long moment of silence. The offer is unexpected... but not unwelcome. Gives the other shitennou a searching look.]

What of your master, Zoisite? I cannot leave him defenseless merely to defend my own.
