There is a monster in the nexus. It has terrible, plastery skin that's far too off-colored to be human. Where its eyes should be are simply big holes. It's humanoid in shape, moderate height, small mouth

Loud music starts playing out of nowhere as Aiko appears in the nexus with a cd player, but it's not quite like the usual music found around her. Instead it's very obviously a sappy boyband love song. And Aiko's singing along with the lyrics word for word.

Then the track ends and she moves over to the cd player in some sort of bliss to play it again. "Ah, Akira-sama~~!" she squeals to herself and.. then discovers the surroundings have changed completely.

Her face turns more red than her hair color as Sailor Vesta.

"Don't look!" Lady Serenity wails the second she spots Aiko. Her arms are totally splattered in what seems to be paint. Hardly the dignified presentation she'd like to give off as the princess of Crystal Tokyo.

Then she realizes it was Aiko, and relaxes some with a sheepish laugh borrowed from Usagi. "I guess it's the nexus," she says. "Stupid thing."

If this were a normal situation Aiko would most likely try to make a joke about that paint - maybe about how they had finally decided to paint the palace a difference color after all those years - but this is definitely not a normal situation.

Que Aiko sitting down in front of the cd player awkwardly to cover it up as well as she can. What do you mean? Nothing ever happened here. Clearly. Obviously. But her face is still as red as before.

"Usagi! W-w-what's up?" She lets out a small nervous laugh.

[buntails]

Usagi got off easy: She's in rabbit-foot pajamas that probably don't actually embarrass her in the least, even though they should. She grins at Aiko.

"Hey, can I listen to a little more with you? They sound pretty good!"

All Aiko can think about is how she would imagine pajamas like that to be more something Miai would wear, and definitely not the queen of all people. She'd laugh, but.. she's found out. There's not even use in trying to hide the evidence anymore.

"I-I-I-I can explain!" she starts, stuttering wildly and speaking at a speed that far exceeds the speed limit, "I had to listen to them for my mom, of course, it's not like I like them or something!"

Denial denial denial.

The pajamas are as cute as the boys in the band! Usagi blinks. "Explain?"

There's a sheepish laugh. "Don't worry, I already figured it out." This could be problematic. What does Usagi think she's figured out?
