Seated on his throne in a Dark Kingdom modeled to look a great deal like the Black Moon UFO, Demando holds a crystal in his hand. It projects a holographic image in front of him, which he watches intently.

If the people listening notice Rubeus has a very slightly smug look on his face, they don't say anything. After all, his words make sense.
"We of the Black Moon wish you well," he tells them. "We do not seek to keep the ginzuishou from you, or our technology. We wish to share it with everyone on Earth under our guidance."
It's certainly appealing. It's a deliberate contrast to the White Moon, offering the people everything they're jealous of the Moon Kingdom for having. All they need to do is join.

"That's right," he murmurs as if Rubeus can hear him. He's quite pleased with the subtlety Rubeus shows that others have... lacked. "The rest of their orders can come when we have them completely."
