My S.A.D seems to have kicked in extra early this year. For the past few days I've been crying over any little thing; or even nothing much at all. I've been feeling really down and negative about myself in a way that I haven't been able to pull myself out of too. Not to mention thoughts that I'd rather not mention if you see what I mean! I'm

I've tried a variety of different medications over the years but nothing works that well in the "winter" season. My doctor usually increases my dose and that takes the edge off it.

What do you take?

I've just checked out the Zoloft and it turns out to be the same drug I'm already taking.
