(no subject)
Finals started today and mine aren't until Monday. Not looking forward for three days of back-to-back finals starting at 8 a.m. Everyone's telling me to reschedule but I don't want to. The faster I get them over with, the better.
Yesterday I had to go for reviews for history at 1:30. We ended up watching a video on Iwo-jima. So, now I have a paper to write on it and I didn't take the best notes. Afterwards I lazed around the couches with Cassy and Gus. Reviews started at 3 and I thought it was going to drag along until at least 5, but it ended around 3:40. Then Cassy and I headed back to the student center where we sat and talked to JJ. Later on I got a phone call from a friend if I wanted to go see Advent Children. Agreed, got picked up and we ended up watching it at one of his friend's house. The guy owns any anime you can think of. He even had the reverse blade sword. o_o I wanted to mess around with it but my right hand is still giving me trouble. I can't pick up anything heavy, knowing that some swords are heavy for me. I'm not familiar with Final Fantasy much, but I liked the graphics. I got a little lost in the story though. We poked fun at some stuff during the movie so it wasn't just a sit back and watch deal. haha. He even bought us some popsicles. Mine was the biggest and when I was almost going to finish it, I dropped it. Got poked fun of because of that. haha. That always happens to me whenever I'm eating popsicles. -_-; It was cool though and I had fun. :D After the movie we stayed a couple of minutes talking and looking at the guy's anime, movie, and video game collection. lol Asked my friend to take me to my mom's place because it was getting sort of late. On the way to the store the sky looked awesome because there was a thunderstorm coming. It only rained for about half an hour though.
Mom wasn't there by the time I reached so I headed to the grocery store to pick up some subway. Saw my mom there buying some groceries. We don't take the car if we're not buying anything heavy since we live a couple of blocks. So, when we were walking home it started raining harder and we got caught in the rain. It was awesome. Of course I got home all soaking wet and my eyeliner sort of smudged and I looked like a raccoon. XD It was fun but that sort of wore me out.
I woke up at 9 something this morning. It feels wrong sleeping in late during the week if I'm not sick. There's nothing much to do right now and I should be studying or doing something productive. JJ wanted to go have lunch today but I tried to keep a clear schedule for me, so I declined. I guess that didn't quite work how I thought it would. I think I'm going to go pay some bills. I have to go get ready though. lol
