Argent-san, Throne-san, you will be happy to know the kitten is settling in quite well. She seemed a bit forlorn at first but the new house entirely appeals to her and she has been spending the last half hour attempting to climb Floyd Cuddlesworth.
Cuddlesworth does not seem to mind, though I am keeping an eye on them as I write.
I've taken to carrying her on my shoulders or in my pocket when I go out, she doesn't seem to mind, though she is perhaps too young to take to work yet. Maybe when she's older. I would like her to feel somewhat secure in having a place to call her own, before I bring her to work. Still, I don't want her to be lonely at home, either.
I've set up a basket for her in the living room, though as of now she prefers my lap when I'm up, or my bed when I sleep--this is in the rare moments she is not running around entertaining herself and incidentally me and Flight.
I have yet to name her. I suppose I still need to get acquainted with her, learn her personality, before I venture to give her a name.
Is it odd that I find the idea of sharing space with a cat quite normal but actually naming her a little strange? Cats don't come pre-named, but I almost feel as if they should.
((OOC: Strikes legible, only lazily scribbled out.))
