Update, my lovelies.
So I started a Pirates of the Caribbean shrine. It's been a long time coming. So far I just have a few things: Series 2 Captain Jack action figure, the cereal, and all three typse of m&ms. Oh, and the cardboard stand-up/topper to one of the m&m displays. Dan brought it home from Menards for me. Oh how it shall grow.
In other news, I got a dog. She's a German Rottweiler and very pretty. There are pictures of her on my MySpace. She's about two years old. I got her about a month ago. Her name is Harley.
I applied for a promotion at Kohl's. It's a lower management posisition. I don't really expect to get it, but I wanted to put my name in and get some feed back so I can get the next position that opens.
I wish it would stop raining. It's always raining.
Lady Luck is falling apart. We can't seem to get a complete functioning band. Either someone's working 70 hours a week and doesn't have time, or we don't have a singer, or someone's sick, and it's just kind of wasting away. Which is a shame, because we did have some really cool songs.
I'm not giving up on music though, Jess Duncan and I are going to start a funk-metal band. Maybe Dan will play with us, maybe on of Jessica's friends. Right now I don't want to look too far ahead. This is just a few friends jamming for now. But I do have a few lyrics and I'm going to go work on a bass line to go with it before I have to leave for work.
