Ohh another chapter!

I love this. The believablity factor is so high on this.

I love that you took 2 characters I never even really thought of as more than backdrop and made them interesting but in their own way and sorry I'm rambling

I love the meeting. The pizza is perfect. The meeting and food is perfect. Since everyone's big concern with meetings are is there food.

This is great thanks for posting it.

Thanks for your comments! We're so pleased that other people are enjoying this. We have plans to include other characters, too--both canon and original--in an attempt, I guess, to tell this story as well as we can. And to have a blast doing it. (I think next up is Yuugao meeting with her friends, but don't quote me on that~)

And, dude. They're twenty-something young men. If they're going to sit still very long for an important meeting, there must be food.

Thanks so much! It was a lot of fun writing all those characters, and their pizza ^^. I'll admit to drawing on more than a few meetings over pizza I've had myself, as a stage manager evaluation auditions, and as a designer evaluating proposals.

I like how I got to hear about what other characters think of Hayate and Yuugao. It was different the first chapter, where I got to hear Hayate and Yuugao's inner thoughts about each other. It's the contrast that's delightful.
The Anbu members' interactions made me laugh. Many of them are new to me, yet you (or yall?) established their character quickly, solidly. Not a single word wasted! The chapter read very quickly and humorously.
I am anxious to see what will happen next. I'd even say this fic is rekindling my love for the Naruto fandom!

We're glad you enjoyed! Next chapter perspectives will switch, and you'll get to see what people think about Hayate. We think it'll be good. XD (It's one of the things I enjoy most about writing this RP/fic with nezumiko; we've got a whole world of characters to play with, but one story to concentrate on!)

Mmmm, pizza and dango. Those ANBU boys might not eat well, but it'd sure taste good. ^_^

The part about Hayate taking an oath of celibacy is soooo adorkable. xD I like the interactions between the ANBU members. It feels very natural.

Yamanaka is awesomely funny with Hayate.

Hah, most of that was me! (Well, Yamanaka and the celibacy and about half of the ANBU members.) Hayate pretty much is adorkable. He's just pretty good at hiding it.
