Nearly Through Us
So, I've been journaling the past week hard-core in my "Artist's Way Morning Pages Journal." 3 huge pages a day. Not easy. But very enlightening. And amusing. I thought I'd share some highlights:
-The world is spinning. People's lives are spinning. Minds are spinning. For what? Why all the spinning?
- Most of this is poetical crap.
- Such selfishness. All this living business.
-Hope is quite fragile if expectations are not met. Or maybe only superficial hope is fragile. Oh, but how alluring fragile hope is.
- I bought 4 mangos for $5 at Whole Foods. I felt like I had won the fruit lotto. Happy times.
- I was just thinking how I wish I'd brought a coat. Then wardrobe gave me a coat. Only in Hollywood
-Dear neighbors who decided to belt "Lean on Me" over and over again at 2 AM, I hate you for potentially ruining one of the best drunken campfire songs ever.
- Freedom is sexy.
