(no subject)
Yesterday -- went in search of last min costuming, mostly failed, ended up dressing boy in by oversized cloak and buying him a scythe. Spent the nite at the office doing the trick or treat thing, which is more haunted house than anything. It's fun terrorizing little kids and adults, tho most of them knew that at least i was there, got to sit in a box with the candy bowl and grab kids hands when they reached in... Someone about someone telling you to reach into the box for candy just sounds ominous, was still fun, stage blood is fun too, looks real as hell... and WONT WASH OFF.
Today -- Had a jobish interviewy thing this morning. Decided to go in dressed in faire garb, it's Jen, she knows me, wasnt really worried about making an impression on her. We did the mandatory type stuff and then she's like, oh i have your employee evaluation from the pool that i want to go over with you. (THAT BITCH... i knew there was an alterior motive there somewhere) oh well, evaluation was pretty good, got a 23 out of 25, 5 categories, 5 points possible in each. Plus what i didnt know was that if you score a 23 or above, they give you money, so yeay me!
Got back here, contimplated over the idea of changing costumes, but ended up deciding against it. Took car in to get oil changed, people (for whatever reason) felt the need to fawn over my tail... went in to see about the car sterio, should have it this week, apparently the company was being dumb about it and was trying to give the store credit instead of an actual thing. Swung by the shack to see what's up with the paintball gun, should have that by the end of the week as well, spent some time bullshiting around in there as well. Switched costumes before kids trick or treat... one of the kids asked me what i was dressed as, devil was the decision (or at least the closest kid-safe answer) i think sucubus is closer tho *shrugs* meh well. I am ungodly tired for some reason.
Recieved quite a bit of happy things today, talking to sister, and jamielee and and and found out that people should be coming back to visit next month *dances* should hear about job today or tomorrow, if i dont get it, i'm not too worried, have other ideas that i can look into/follow up on. Yeay me.
