I'm sure Ms. Cheney just wanted to talk about her children's books, but instead Ms. Gross pushed her on children being taught "intelligent design," gay rights, and whether Cheney is advocating for a sugar coating of American history. (The most unintentionally funny moment is when Cheney declares first wave feminism was "a breath of fresh air." The whole fight for real equal rights, however, didn't really do much for her.) It's just too bad that there was no performance from Sisters."
