anyway, i moved out of my 1725 irving house as the landlords up & decided to sell it on us. (:(thus i did not get your postcard i regret to say)- sad to leave mount pleasant, but my house was actually becoming unbearable that last month - ie rats in the walls that would come out at night and eat my things & crazy roommates not paying the electric bill till the lights were shut off. eak. i am living in petworth now & studying for the gre to go back to school (i hope) in the fall cuz i'm SO BORED of secretarying. yes, queens college of new york city college, here i come. happy holidays - i'm off for some fun tonight.

i am so excited that you love joanna like i do. she is so amazing. i desperately wanted to go to that drag city christmas party but, alas, i am still overseas. amsterdam is turning out to be a lot, no wait, A LOT better than munich...its cheaper here and i feel more comfortable, etc. if you have a new address i can send you a postcard from here...
that is so exciting that you are moving to nyc. i want to move to san francisco but i dont know if i can afford it. maybe i should go back to school...

and oh yes, taking care of the kids wasnt too bad...it was the parents i did not like.
