(no subject)
1. As of two hours and twenty-three minutes ago, I am unemployed. No longer a Tim Hortons slave. Have dealt with my last omg-how-much-coffee-can-people-*DRINK*? rush on drive-thru. Until I go back to work there full-time in the summer :S
2. I haven't gotten a chance to watch the second part/ep of BSG tonight (of course, I had to try to be nice, not make Kaitlin turn off her sitcom re-runs, or Megan the movie we own and which she's watched a couple times before), because it got too late and Danica's still sleeping in the rec room...which is the only place I could watch BSG. And I was at work, so I couldn't watch it as it aired :( Also, the downloads are taking forever... Anyway. Um. Seriously, I couldn't stop laughing every time Lee/Apollo came on screen. I thought he was just going to be...pudgy. I mean, enough to look *obvious* and sloppy, but--ohmygod. The "body of a god" fangirled-over (good grief, and *fangirled over*) character on BSG...is tubby. I mean, he's FAT. And he looks so awful, especially because he wasn't looking so great "one year later" at last year's finale, but I don't think it was *that bad* and it was only four months. Lee? Go find the gym again. PLEASE. I'll even be nice to the fangirls, if you just get rid of the extra sack.
3. There were not nearly enough scenes with Starbuck and Leoben. It's not fair.
4. I kind of expected Dee and Lee's (seriously, their names *rhyme*?) relationship to be...not as omg-I-love-you-even-with-your-big-belly as it was portrayed in ep#1. I mean, especially with the way Lee has so obviously deteriorated, you'd think Adama wouldn't be the only one yelling at Lee. I'm not really a fan of D/L, in case you were wondering.
5. Which reminds me. THE OLD MAN YELLED AT LEE. :D I was cackling and cheering him on the whole time.
6. I really want to see Starbuck's reaction to Lee's meltdown. Hopefully she won't be trapped with psycho Leoben until Lee gets his act back together, because...that would just take all the fun out of it.
7. Kat is the CAG? *brain breaks* Have I mentioned that I despise Kat? I mean, despise. Loathe.

9. Geology midterm in a week and a half. *dies* I WANT MY DEGREE IN HISTORY. I'M PAYING FOR ALL MY CLASSES/TEXTBOOKS. WHY DO YOU MAKE ME STUDY SCIENCE?!?
10. I did not spend my entire weekend doing homework :D Y'know why? Because I don't have a Chinese test to cram for/30 characters x 64 repetitions to complete for Tuesday. And I only had one shift. And no projects to do on Friday. I actually managed to get some SLEEP.
11. Being no longer employed by a restaurant, I can paint my nails again. And cut my hair in a non-pony-tail-forceable-hairnet-hold-back-able style. The sad thing is, although I'm no longer much into painting my nails (as a kid, it was the only kind of "makeup" I wore, and lip gloss is as far as I go these days), I plan to set aside some time tomorrow to do that JUST BECAUSE. And it's horribly impractical now that the weather is getting colder, but I might cut my hair really short again. :) This is all very pathetic, I think :p
12. I think I will finish a new chapter of ItM this weekend. I have a long weekend. The chapter is almost finished. I will. Before midterms/papers/finals start.
13. I can't believe it's already October. It's *Thanksgiving*. The school semester is almost half over. How insane is that?
