Originally a somewhat annoying girl that tended to pounce on Goroh's rude comments on the journals, Buffy has proven to be a strange sort of friend person. Goroh doesn't quite understand why, as they have little in common except for the strange competitive urge to one up with another in conversation. The fact he sees her so often in the bar, given that she works there, plays into this as well.
Apparently Goroh thinks highly of her to some degree and she's one of the only people that doesn't manage to annoy him. This is one of the reasons Goroh opted to work with her for their 'fight school' with her acting as the 'PR Girl' due to Goroh's own dubious attitude of insulting everyone in Luceti whenever he has something to say. But can such a partnership last...?
