WE GOT IT!! WE GOT IT!!!
We got a call from the property management guy this afternoon telling us everything checked out, and we have the apartment. We will get together some time this week to sign paperwork.
We're going to go drive by the place now, take a look at the neighborhood's amenities, and, well, squeal like school girls (one if us *is* a school girl... the other just likes to squeal like one).
