A doctor just called because his email to the VP bounced. He recited the email addy, but forgot to mention the underscore between the VP's first and last name, so I mentioned it. He said "what is that, underscore? I've never heard of that." I tried to point it out to him on his keyboard, but in the end I had to email him the address.
Doctors are often surprisingly dumb. (Exceptions well noted.)
