Okay so...hmm, what's been going on. Not much today, started scene work in theater. I got assigned with Courtney so it should be fun. Advertising was cancelled, so Amanda and I ate lunch in the dining hall with most of the crew. While the lady was scanning my card she said that I had run out of meals, but I had no idea how that could have happened. Last semester I made my 40 meals stretch the entire semester, and it's only maybe 3/4 of the way through this semester. Anyways, after lunch Amanda and I went down to the student life office and talked to them, basically bitched out the girl that was working, saying that we know we paid for a meal plan for this semester and we know that there were meals available.
Since the lady wasn't in yet and only the work study girl was working, we waited for the lady to get back. She was much nicer than the work study girl, she understood what we were going through and our frustration and didn't give us any hassle, she explained everything and then popped the meals back on our cards. Apparently what happened was since we hadn't finished the 40 meals from last semester, they carried over to this one and today they finally ran out. But, the next one wouldn't kick in until the previous one finished. But anyways, she fixed it.
After a very boring history class Amanda and I walked back to Spinner in the freezing cold, thankfully it's getting warmer this week. Then, I basically fucked around until I got up the energy to start the long process of picking my classes for next semester. Since I'm a double major, picking classes is a delicate balancing act, making sure I'll be able to get the ones I need to take now so I can take others down the road. But, I think I've settled on the classes I want and if I get everything, I'll have a pretty good schedule. Well, except for the fact that I have 2 night classes. Bleech. But hey, what can you do, it was the only way I could get everything to work.
M'eh, other than that, watched American Idol, Futurama, and Family Guy and then just finished watching the Tyra Show. She gave away cans of vasaline covered in sworovsky (sp?)crystals... because there's SO much you can do with that. AND they're each valued at $100. WTF.
Okay, now off to watch the Engaged and Underage show, they're talking about what the couples are up to after their marriages. AHA sweet.
