I'm home! :)
AND I got a few things accomplished today! After a few late conversations on the phone with Amanda and Mike, I fell asleep about 3:30am. When my alarm went off at 8:30, I was not pleasseddd...so I reset it for 9:30am :)
Pfft, nobody told me Merchant's Bank wasn't open on Saturdays...*grumpyface* I drove all the way to Windsor to find that out. So, I drove all the way to the other end of Claremont to cash a check at CSB and then I drove back to pick up Jeffy.
Poor Jeffy, he was definitely NOT a happy camper when I saw him at the vets. And he's still not a happy camper- he's walking around, kind of limping with his back legs. It's not funny, but I can't help but laugh every time I watch him. I guess I would be a hurting kitty too if I had just been neutered.
Anyways, after I came back I ended up sleeping for a good 3 hours, and then James and I drove to Claremont (yet again) to go to Wal Mart, eat some dinner and rent some movies since dad isn't here tonight. While I was there I saw Carol, Jess' ( from Beltrami) mom, so I talked to her a bit about Jess and the boys, see what they were up to. Then we saw Shad and his mom and talked to him.
Then we headed to Blockbuster to get movies and settled on the Weather Man, Nacho Libre and Farce of the Penguins, all of which are super good. The Weather Man is an interesting movie, it's different than most movies in the way that it tells the story, but it's good. I don't want to ruin it because I recommend it to others :)
Farce of the Penguins is pretty funny, especially if you've seen March of the Penguins, although its awkward to listen to Bob Saget, TV dad to Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, talk about sex- penguin sex at that. Odd.
Nacho Libre is m'eh, typical for a Jack Black movie. As long as you don't expect an Oscar winner, it's pretty good.
Thats about all for tonight, I'm going to finish Nacho Libre and fold my laundry ( that I'm just getting done now haha) then it's back to school tomorrow.
