thirty-eight days till 18

went to the yellowcard concert last night and it was so completely worth going to. i was considering skipping it since i had, you know, a midterm and two quizzes today but..ehhh.. i managed.
the whole thing was kind of tricky since the concert started at 630 and i had lab till 6. so the entire time during lab i rushed through everything to make it out fast. but then the IR stopped working and it took an extra 30 min. i still managed to get out by 5, get dressed and eat, meet agata at the train station and get to metro by 7. not bad.
and yes the music was amazing. mae was alright, i'm not that huge of a fan. but yellowcard was great. and they sounded so great live. we were up front and center, against the railing. two feet from the band.
moshing was minimal, but lots of shoving. it was funny though because in most concerts the bouncer/security guys catch the crowdsurfers and bring them down to safety. at metro, they shove them back and push them away from the stage. ha.
and now i so badly want to go to the panic! at the disco concert after break.
we shall see i guess.
yay for one more day till the weekend.
and apparently people are dreaming about me???
