Back in Chicago
Drove home yesterday and arrived just in time to throw my shit in my Mom's and head to the airport to pick Kelsey up. Her BFF Alyssa came with. Once we got her we took her for some good ol crappy American food, IHOP. We ate like kings and then came home so she could deliver the loot she bought for other people. I went straight to bed. That was 5:30 in the afternoon. I didn't get up until 6:30 this morning. I needed sleep.
Now begins the rush to DO things. I've got a film series to get off the ground by August, a class to teach on Wednesday and a paper due Friday all of which I've not prepared. However, I enjoyed not preparing by distracting myself with friends and fun while home in KW. That was one hell of a three weeks! I'm looking forward to much more fun when I come home for good in December.
While I was up I was doing well with working out. I'm going to try to keep that going by using the gym at school. Hell, it's free to me as a student so why not!? Hopefully this week will get me back on the weight loss track.
Thanks to nobodyhere and psychedelicbike for hanging out with me so often. I was like a barnacle on their hull. I appreciated all the activity, food and fun! *HUG*
