Today already needs a Nap
Up at the crack ass of dawn to head into KW with my Love. I'm at Williams coffee shop. My standard haunt when I need to get a good cup of joe and some work done while I wait for lunch to arrive. They've got free internet here. *G*
Had a wonderful (as usual) visit with crystal_diva and twistedevotion last night. It was the first time I got to see her place and I absolutely LOVED it. Since she had cooked for Steve and I the last um-teen times I decided to cook for them and bring it with us. After a bit of reheating we had a nice dinner complete with dessert! We exchanged gifts which provided me with a beautiful amber pendant! (thanks luv, I love it!) And of course we sat around and shot the shit for a while. We didn't leave till our usual 11pm and I crashed when we got home only to get up 6 hours later for the hour trek to KW.
Woowee...I don't think either Steve nor I gets proper rest on these visits. I could use a night where I go to bed at 9pm. That's my regularly scheduled bedtime. *g* Maybe tomorrow.
This afternoon I am meeting Steve's sister and we're heading out to have lunch with Steve. INDIAN!! WOO HOO! Then we're going to pick up his niece and bring her back to the house so she can open the X-mas gift I made for her. I don't think she's going to be very excited as it's just a blanket. But it's cute and it has her name on it and little kitty faces. It'll keep her warm at the very least. *g*
Tonight is dinner! I look forward to seeing everyone! Thanks again to bridgeoutahead for setting things up. Can't wait to see you tonight. I must warn you though...I may just fall asleep in my guacamole. *g*
