Oof, first Simone, now Mick- I am beginning to feel sorry for Josef. Everyone seems to want to change him. They are forcing him to think about himself and his relationship to them. It must be pretty hard on him...

Yes, Josef is having a tough time, isn't he? I don't know what makes me put him through so much all the time, lol. Maybe because he can take it, and I'm trying to make him a better man, yet still retain his snarky charm.

It'll be interesting to see what Josef comes up with for his penance. He's eager for things to go back to the way they've always been, so I imagine that he'll come up with something fairly quickly.

I never seem to relax on vacation, lol, because I always want to take advantage of the new location and see everything I can. (Unlike my hubby and daughter, who feel the annoying need to sleep in every day! ;)

Anyway, you are right when you guess it won't take long for Josef to choose. This is a life-altering decision for him in many ways, as you will soon see.

Thank you, thank you! I do feel I can finally hear Josef's voice when I write for him--it took a while to replace Mick's in my mind, since his is the main voice on the show. Glad you liked it. Thanks for reviewing!

Welcome Back. We missed you. Great chapter. I was really glad to see Daryl & Carrie back in the picture. I enjoy reading about them. I can't imagine what Josef is going to come up with as his penance. I am sure you have something amusing in mind.

Thanks for the kind welcome home! It was beautiful in San Diego--especially the weather, and tough to go from temps in the 60's and 70's to the 90's of Oklahoma. There's no place like home, lol.

So happy you like Daryl and Carrie--it means a lot since they are completely my own inventions.

Josef's choice will hopefully be a big surprise (no one has guessed it yet in their reviews, anyway), and may be a little controversial. I hope I'm up to the challenge I set for myself, lol. I'm pretty busy right now recovering from vacation (lol) and planning for my daughter's birthday party this weekend, so it may be next week before I get a chance to post. After that, I'm back to my old schedule, hopefully. Thanks for hanging in there and posting such great reviews!
