So, I have to post this because I am so damn proud of myself!!!
I did my taxes this week...ug. BUT, I stayed with it for a couple of days, read the online irs manuals, followed the step by steps, and finally completed my taxes. I came out ahead. Not only did I cover the taxes that I paid this year, but what I have figured out is that I will receive about one-eighth of what I earned last year total. WoW!
It can be scary when you try to figure everything out on your own, but with patience and persistence you can do it. And it can be pretty rewarding now and for the future.
Go me! Yay!
