My allergies have been acting up...my rashes are back! Disgusting!
So...I got a job on Saturday. I will tutoring elementary through high school aged kids in math, science, and writing. I hope that it'll be fun. Some of the parents that I saw lurking around seemed kind of demanding. I just hope that they don't expect me to work small miracles with their kids. I'm really excited about this job! IT definetly pays a lot less than I am making more, but I will only be working there part time for the summer. I hope to have a full time job as well. I need to make as much money as possible this summer. I also went to the mechanic on Saturday about my car, and he said that it would cost close to $2000 to fix it. Good times! I felt like just walking out and leaving the car right there. I cannot wait to get the new one in August. What else is new? I went to the movies and had icecream with Lori on Friday night. I guess I'm not really going in chronological order here. It was good to hang out with her again. I miss her! We talked for a good while...she is one of the only people in the world that really understand me. We were like little girls...we talked forever about the guys that we had crushes on. Finally we saw "The Interpreter" with Sean Penn and Nicole Kidman. It was a really good movie! It was a whole lot better than I thought that it was going to be. Even though it was scary or whatever, they still managed to throw an actual plot in there. It was fun...except that we saw the 10:10 show. We had no idea how long the movie was going to be. Then we had fun driving in her Dad's BMW. At around 2am I went to my cousin's house and we watched "Hotel Rwanada". I really cannot even put into words how I feel about what I saw. I'm still having trouble processing everything that I saw. I just feel guilt, shame, sadness, hope, and ANGER!!
