First day by myself.....
With the baby. My mom went back to work today. She took last week off to be with me and help me out with the baby. So far, I am doing okay! :) He is still sleeping, I fed him at 9am and he is still sleeping, he should be waking up soon to eat :) He is a good baby, he doesn't usually cry that much. :) He does when he is hungry or when he is getting his diaper changed b/c he don't like that :) I was kinda nervous about being here with him by myself, b/c I was afraid he would cry all the time and I wouldn't know what to do but so far so good :) I like having him all to myself :) He can love his mommy more than anyone else :) He will be a mommy's boy!!
Tomorrow me and Will have to go back to Port Huron to sign Brayden's birth certificate. I don't really want to go there and do it but I have to. I want to get it done and over with. I just hope that Will can get off work tomorrow b/c he has to go with me. He has to sign it too. Port Huron isn't that far away from us, but it is still the point that I have to go there and sign it, but I gotta do it for my son :) My dad is taking a 1/2 of day off work tomorrow so he can watch Brayden. I was just gonna take him with me but dad said it wouldn't be a good idea. So, he offered to take off a day of work and watch him for us. I didn't ask him to do that b/c I didn't want to cause an issue, but he offered, so I said yes. He is so excited just to have Brayden by himself tomorrow. He loves him so much. And my mother loves him so much. It is funny to see how they are with him b/c I don't know how they were with me. Whenever they see him they get so excited and they always want to hold him and feed him and do all that with him :) It is great. I have the BEST parents in the whole entire world!!!!!
Yesterday when we went to register for the baby shower, my dad bought the crib. He wanted to be the one to buy the crib for me for Brayden. I was so overwhelmed b/c there are TONS of cribs out there and of course I like almost ALL of them LOL But I did narrow it down to a couple of them with the help of my father and Will, but I got to choose the one that I wanted :) It wasn't one of my dad or Will's favorites but I LOVE IT!! :) It is sooo cute. And I registered him for the cutest stuff for his room when we get it all done. Me and Will get to paint it and everything. I am doing his room in Blue and Yellow. :) Will's favorite color is Blue and mine is Yellow, so I figured that would be a good idea :) I can't wait to actually get to do his room and put everything in it and make it look like a nursery :) I am excited about it!
On another note, my cousin Becky came over yesterday and said that she thinks Blue Cross is going to go on strike! I am kinda disappointed b/c I wanted to get a job really really soon, but it might work out better b/c I have time to get better and take care of my son. I really really really need a job right now b/c I have NO money but I need to get better before I go back to work or school. I am taking a leave of absence from school, I will go back in about 4 weeks. And I will hopefully get a job soon. But I think it will be better if Blue Cross goes on strike b/c it gives me more time.
Okay I think I have done enough babbling. Can you tell I have some time on my hands?!?!?!! :) Brayden is fussing though, so I better go feed him!!
