tariq told me i should update, since i haven't in quite some time...and since i have a massive paper that i am struggling with, now sounds as good as ever.
everyone i know out here, and lewis and i, are fine from the fires...the air's gross, but that's the worst of it. san diego was in a lot worse shape...a neighborhood near my old one got hit pretty bad.
law school's going well, other than this ridiculous paper part. i've avoided getting tooo involved with extracurriculars...my main activity is street law, which meant i got to go teach eighth graders about entertainment law.
lewis is doing wonderfully...he's passed all his teaching tests, and so he should be able to get into the certification program for next semester. he is, it turns out, quite talented at home decor...our apartment looks amazing, and i really can't take much credit at all for it.
well, i should focus on my paper...but, hi!
