I have learned that having a dominate hand is a big drawback.
It all started when I got off work. The lack of the city to do as they stated about the clean up had me cleaning the rest of the stuff they left, that folks were driving thru (didn't they think about the possibility of nails in it?)and were grinding down. So as I was pulling out the new electric blower I bought, I spotted that the hedges were needing a trim down so as to not violate the deed restrictions. I had bought an electric trimmer for that too. I had just about finished it when the button stuck on the trimmer. Yes I am right handed so I went to switch hands to use my right hand to unplug/unstick things. Only somehow, I reached a bit farther than I meant to and put the tip of my birdy left finger in the blade.
Oh yes, it hurts horrible. I may lose the tip but that is for the hand doc to decide. And to add insult to all, I sidewipe a car going to the emergency room. More debt and lots of blood on the road trying to get the woman to exchange info.
Then as I was driving out of the parking lot of the hospital the dressing they put on it to cover stitches fell off. Oh yes, such a peachy day! Perhaps I need to quit trying to do so much at once, right?
So now you have my latest exciting news. Otherwise everything same ole old.
